I'm really HYPE in the PPL who passed the audition they could be talented like the Holo Myth or if Holostars EN is included they could pretty much make Holostars become noticeable. Knowing Hololive prefers professionalism and ofc passionate in picking Holo EN

I really respect Subaru for doing a segment like this since I’m sure this helps hololive applicants (and just viewers) get some insight on what the process for auditioning is.

All hololive recruiter are really great to find a new member.. there are no member in hololive that unlikeable..but hololive recruiter always failed for one thing when doing audition which is finding seiso member

To be completely honest it's not unimaginable that the audition requirements would have changed to the point that certain members might not get accepted now where they were in the past.
But luckily it seems that they value personality more than skill or experience, which has given us our shining idols.

Well considering how diverse the current Hololive personalities are and how much more Hololive is trending now, it's not surprising that the application process is so much harder now. But it's always motivating to see people like Subaru who aren't the best at their craft show that they can make it through their dedication and passion. A 100% competent person may be great for the team for the short team but the 100% passionate person will stick around and go the extra mile for the team, not just for the paycheck and/or the clout
