man… making a live2d avatar is deceitfully a lot of work.
making a sketch and coloring it as reference takes like 10 minutes and makes you think "oh i can finish the whole thing in like an hour at this rate". but then you have to do the proper drawing and slice it into a billion layers. i hate this part sooooo much. i wish i could go directly from sketch to rigging
