After I uploaded this clip I did some digging and the reason for the surgery is she had an asymmetrical jaw! I know in this moment it sounds like she might be saying it’s cosmetic, but it seems it’s a medical thing.

Getting surgery is not the same as working out or doing anything humanly possible. You're cheating yourself and lying to yourself by spending money. Deplorable…
The medical term/condition Kroni had/has is called Mandibular prognathism, meaning her lower mandible protruded further out than her maxilla. Not only is it a sometimes undesirable feature physically, but it can also cause health problems depending on the severity. When things don't line up right, especially in the head or face, it can cause chronic issues from frequent headaches to nasal cavity issues, chewing, speaking, and so on.. For Kroni, I think she ultimately just wanted to feel more comfortable physically. I don't think it was a vanity move in the least.
